Android : Install the Text to Speech Engine and Locales

Install all the .apk in this compressed .zip file and you are ready to go to use the text to speech engine with several languages such as english, german, french, italian, and many more.



If you use the emulator, follow these steps to install the .apk files:
1. Open Android SDK Manager->Tools->Manage AVDs...

2. Start one of any AVDs available.

3. Go to the platform-tools folder in your Android SDK and run the adb program from the emulator. Execute this command "adb install <.apk name>".

4. After you already finished installing all the .apk in the compressed .zip, then you are finished to start using the Text to Speech feature in your Android device or Emulator.
